When attending our competitions for the first time during the season (even if you have started the previous seasons) you will have to fill in a form and will receive a competitor number, which you can then use until the end of „Winter Magnēts” 2012/2013.
The competition procedure
Competitors choose their start group according to their age and level of preparedness ;
The courses for the younger participant in age classes W/M 8, 10, 12 are specially marked;
Start is open between 16.00 and 19.30;
Participant, after arriving at the event centre, pays the entry fee att the registration, rents a SI card if necessary and proceeds to the start. Using the number bib is required! When entering the start area competitor clears the SI card and continues to his/her start corridor to link controls of his/her course. When the participant is ready to start he/she punches the start unit and after hearing a signal starts running.
Those who, because of some reason, decide not to finish their courses have to make that known to the roganizers and read their SI cards at the finish in order for us to be able to check wether all participants have returned from the forrest.
If a rented SI card is lost, the participant has to refund complete value of the SI card.
